Get it to us

Send your board to our Auckland service station, or ask about pickup from your location. Please note pickups may not be available in all areas. Sending and collecting the board is the customer's responsibility.

We assess, quote and fix

Our technicians check the board and tell you if it can be fixed and what it will cost. Approve the quote and we repair it with genuine parts, then it's ready to ride again.

$39

A $39 labour charge (non-refundable) applies to check the board. It covers our technician's diagnosis time whether or not you go ahead with the repair. We'll always tell you honestly if a board isn't worth fixing.
