      DELIVERY & WARRANTY

    Fast NZ-wide delivery. All stock ships from our Auckland warehouse with next day dispatch on business days. Most customers receive their hoverboard within 3 to 5 business days. Rural addresses can take a day or two longer. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout.

    Every order is sent signature required and covered by transit insurance. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

    12 months warranty. All our hoverboards come with a 12 month NZ warranty against manufacturing faults. If anything goes wrong, our Auckland team handles repairs and replacements locally, so you are not shipping anything overseas or waiting on an offshore seller. Keep the tyres topped up with a standard bike pump and check pressure monthly. It is still not an off-road board, so avoid gravel, dirt tracks and long grass.

    FAQs - 10 Inch Hoverboards

    Who is a 10 inch hoverboard best for?

    The 10 inch is our biggest standard board and the one most adults and teens choose. The large air-filled tyres soak up footpath cracks and small bumps that solid-tyre boards transmit straight to your feet, and the 120 kg rider limit and 20 km range make it the practical pick for getting around, not just riding for fun. It's heavier than the smaller sizes, so for younger kids we'd point you to the 6.5 or 8 inch.

    Can I use it to commute?

    Yes, that's what most people buy this size for. A full charge gives 15 to 20 km on flat ground, which covers a short commute both ways, and it recharges in 1 to 3 hours. It fits in the carry bag for the train or under a desk. Check local council rules on footpath riding in your area.

    Can I ride it on grass or gravel?

    The 10 inch wheel is the most capable of our standard boards and copes with short grass, cycle paths and rougher footpaths well. It's still not an off-road board though. For gravel, dirt tracks or long grass, choose our 8.5 inch off-road hoverboard with chunky all-terrain tyres.

    What happens if something goes wrong?

    Every hoverboard comes with a 12 month NZ warranty and is supported by our team in Auckland. Most issues are sorted with a quick calibration, which our Troubleshooting page walks you through. If it needs more than that, we repair or replace it locally, no shipping overseas.

    Do you ship across New Zealand?
