      DELIVERY & WARRANTY

    Fast NZ-wide delivery. All stock ships from our Auckland warehouse with next day dispatch on business days. Most customers receive their hoverboard within 3 to 5 business days. Rural addresses can take a day or two longer. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout.

    Every order is sent signature required and covered by transit insurance. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

    12 months warranty. All our hoverboards come with a 12 month NZ warranty against manufacturing faults. If anything goes wrong, our Auckland team handles repairs and replacements locally, so you are not shipping anything overseas or waiting on an offshore seller.     Where can you ride it?

    The 6.5 inch hoverboard is happiest on smooth, flat surfaces: concrete driveways, footpaths, wooden decks, garages, indoors and skate parks. It will cope with short dry grass but the small solid tyres are not designed for soft or uneven ground.

    FAQs - 6.5 Inch Hoverboards

    Is a 6.5 inch hoverboard suitable for kids?

    Yes, 6.5 inch is our most popular size for kids from around 8 years and up. It's the lightest board in the range, sits closest to the ground and is the easiest to learn on. Riders need to be at least 20 kg for the sensors to work properly, and we recommend a helmet and adult supervision for younger riders.

    How long does the battery last?

    A full charge gives 12 to 20 km of riding on flat ground, which for most kids is a few hours of stop-start play. Charging from flat takes 1 to 3 hours with the wall charger included in the box.

    Can I ride it on grass or gravel?

    The 6.5 inch board is built for smooth surfaces like footpaths, driveways, indoors and skate parks. It will manage short, dry grass but struggles on anything soft or bumpy. If you mainly want to ride on grass, gravel or dirt tracks, choose our 8.5 inch off-road hoverboard with larger air-filled tyres.

    What happens if something goes wrong?

    Every hoverboard comes with a 12 month NZ warranty and is supported by our team in Auckland. Most issues are sorted with a quick calibration, which our Troubleshooting page walks you through. If it needs more than that, we repair or replace it locally, no shipping overseas.
