DELIVERY & WARRANTY

Fast NZ-wide delivery. All stock ships from our Auckland warehouse with next day dispatch on business days. Most customers receive their hoverboard within 3 to 5 business days. Rural addresses can take a day or two longer. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout.

Every order is sent signature required and covered by transit insurance. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

12 months warranty. All our hoverboards come with a 12 month NZ warranty against manufacturing faults. If anything goes wrong, our Auckland team handles repairs and replacements locally, so you are not shipping anything overseas or waiting on an offshore seller. An oceanic blue finish on the Lamborghini style 8 inch board. A clean, classic look for kids from 8 years, teens and adults who want the stability of a bigger wheel and wider footpads without a busy print. Bright LED lights, a built-in Bluetooth speaker and a free carry bag come standard, and every board ships from our Auckland warehouse with a 12 month NZ warranty.

Underneath the design it is the same Lamborghini style 8 inch board: wide footpads that give teens and adults a planted, stable stance, a hi-speed chipset for responsive acceleration, reversing and turning, and a speed alert that beeps at 12 km/h.

Where can you ride it?

The 8 inch wheel handles footpaths, concrete driveways, wooden decks, indoor floors and short, even grass better than the 6.5 inch does. Small cracks and bumps that stop a smaller wheel are less of a problem. The tyres are still solid rubber though, so it is not built for gravel, dirt tracks or long grass.

Who is an 8 inch hoverboard best for?

The 8 inch is our step-up size. It has wider footpads and a bigger wheel than the 6.5 inch, so it suits kids from around 8 years, teens with larger feet, and adults up to 120 kg. If you're buying for a younger child, the 6.5 inch is lighter and easier to start on.

How long does the battery last?

A full charge gives 15 to 20 km on flat ground. Charging from flat takes 1 to 3 hours with the wall charger included in the box. The board beeps when you pass 12 km/h and again when the battery runs low.

Can I ride it on grass or gravel?

The 8 inch wheel copes with footpaths, driveways, wooden decks and short, even grass better than the 6.5 inch does, but the tyres are still solid rubber and it is not built for gravel, dirt or long grass. For proper off-road riding choose our 8.5 inch off-road hoverboard with air-filled tyres.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Every hoverboard comes with a 12 month NZ warranty and is supported by our team in Auckland. Most issues are sorted with a quick calibration, which our Troubleshooting page walks you through. If it needs more than that, we repair or replace it locally, no shipping overseas.
